DMCA Policy for Harry Potter Series Release
Harry Potter Series Release ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Harry Potter Series Release service and/or website (the "Service") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
This DMCA Policy outlines the procedures for filing a copyright infringement notice and a counter-notification regarding material hosted on Harry Potter Series Release services.
Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Harry Potter Series Release Service by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe that your Harry Potter Series Release material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following:

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA infringement notice. If the complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user within 10-14 business days of receiving the counter-notification, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, at our sole discretion.
